Meet Jessica Jade

Founder and Head Instructor

Jessica Jade is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with over a decade of experience. She founded Serenity Yoga with the intention of creating a warm and inviting space where people from all walks of life could come together to practice yoga and cultivate a sense of peace and wellness. Jessica's teaching style is grounded in the principles of alignment-based hatha yoga, and she has a deep appreciation for the transformative power of the practice.

In addition to her work at the studio, Jessica is an active member of the yoga community and has studied with some of the most respected teachers in the field. She is also passionate about giving back and has led numerous fundraising events to support local charities and causes. In her free time, Jessica enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Meet Alex Rodriguez

Vinyasa Flow Expert

Alex Rodriguez is a passionate and energetic Vinyasa Flow instructor. His love of movement and mindfulness shines through in his dynamic and challenging classes. Alex completed his teacher training in New York City and has since taught in studios across the country. He encourages his students to challenge themselves while honoring their bodies and breath.

In addition to teaching yoga, Alex is also a certified massage therapist and brings a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology to his classes. He believes that yoga can be a powerful tool

Restorative Yoga Specialist

Sarah Lee is a certified Restorative Yoga instructor with a background in physical therapy. She uses her knowledge of anatomy and alignment to create classes that are safe, healing, and rejuvenating. Experienced Hatha Yoga Instructor
