Frequently Asked Questions

  • We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid anything too tight or restrictive, and opt for layers that you can easily remove or add as needed. Yoga is typically practiced barefoot, but you can wear socks with grippy soles if you prefer.

  • While we do provide mats for use during class, we recommend bringing your own mat if you have one. This allows you to get more comfortable with your own equipment, and ensures that you always have a clean and well-maintained mat to practice on.

  • We welcome students of all abilities and backgrounds, and strive to make our classes accessible to everyone. If you have a specific injury or health concern, please let your instructor know before class so they can offer modifications or adjustments as needed.

  • Absolutely! We love it when our students bring friends and family members to class. Just make sure your friend registers for class ahead of time to reserve their spot.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel a class reservation. You can cancel your reservation online up to 2 hours before the start of class without penalty. If you cancel within 2 hours of the start of class, or do not show up, you will be charged for the class.
